SUNNYVALE, CA: NetApp recently assisted a State Government Agency to implement private cloud architecture to meet growing demand with fewer resources and cost effeciently. In the phase of sever budget cut downs, California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA) could no longer afford to support the business without a radical change in its IT service architecture. In this situation, CNRA deployed the state’s first internal private cloud built on industry technologies that utilize NetApp storage and has set a model for cloud services in government.
